An experienced HR professional, Rachel recognizes the critical role of human resources as an asset in business development and overall company strategy. A seasoned advocate for collaboration, she tailors HR strategies to propel companies toward their objectives while not losing sight of the organization’s “why.” Committed to community service, Rachel previously chaired the HR committee at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina and continues to engage with charitable organizations in Raleigh/Durham.
Having been on the ground floor of three different start-up companies during her career, Rachel understands the unique challenges facing small business owners as they launch and grow their business to maturity. A dedicated Christian, her desire is to also assist Christian nonprofits, churches, and schools as they seek to fulfill the Great Commission. Rachel is an active member of Friendship Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC, where her husband serves as Senior Pastor.
